President/CEO and Executive Director
Rob has been with Canterbury Woods since 2007 and has been a Long Term Care and Senior Services professional for 22 years. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Geneseo, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the State University of New York at Brockport.
Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President
Jim joined Episcopal Church Home & Affiliates in 2002. He currently oversees the financial operations of Canterbury Woods and several other affiliated corporations. Prior to joining Episcopal, Jim was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP. During his 10 year career at Ernst & Young, Jim specialized in audits of health care providers. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Canisius College.
Associate Executive Director
Paul has been employed by Episcopal Church Home & Affiliates for over twenty five years. During this time he has held the positions of Food Service Director, Associate Administrator, Facilities Director and currently is the Director of Senior Housing. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Isadore A. DeMarco
Administrator for Skilled Nursing
Isadore joined Canterbury Woods in 2008. He is a licensed nursing home administrator with 21 years of experience working in long term care services, serving 16 years in management leadership positions. Isadore has a Masters of Science Degree in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
Lynda comes from a decade of experience in the senior living industry, many of those years spent at the Canterbury Woods Williamsville location. As a graduate of SUNY Geneseo, she holds a BS in Business Administration. A Buffalo native, Lynda enjoys the theatre, volunteering, jogging and going out to local restaurants. Lynda currently resides in East Amherst with her husband John, daughter Claire and son Logan.
Nenette De Asis-Piddisi
Human Resources Director
Nenette has been with Canterbury Woods since 2011 with twenty years of Human Resource and Hospitality experience. She currently oversees Payroll and Human Resource functions of Canterbury Woods. Prior to joining Canterbury Woods, Nenette was an HR Benefits Manager at Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel. Also, Nenette spent 13 years as an HR Manager at Benderson Development Company where she handled benefits, recruitment and employee relations. Nenette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
Administrative Services Manager
Nancy was part of the Canterbury Woods since the community opened in 1999. She has over twenty five years of Health Care Administration experience. Nancy is the assistant to the President/CEO and oversees the front desk operations. Nancy has an Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science from Niagara County Community College.
